PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCEDURE

As part of the order procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred paying method - credit card or direct bank transaction. We will inform you of the shipping costs in the order summary displayed on the site before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.

We charge and collect VAT (Value Added Tax) from Republic of Croatia. Tax rate is 25% and it is included in the product price. It is also clearly noted in the invoice. No sales tax is charged when purchasing gift cards; however, purchases paid for gift cards may be subject to tax.

The credit card payment method is provided by Shopify.

All prices are expressed in the Croatia national currency, the Croatian kuna (HRK) and include VAT. From September 1st 2022 the prices are shown twice according to the fixed conversion rate in the amount of HRK 7.53450 for 1 EURO until December 31st 2022. From January 1st 2023 prices will be expressed exclusively in euros. 

Products will be shipped via Croatian Post, GLS or DHL carriers and require a valid shipping address.

Shipping costs by countries are set by zones and prices are determined by zones and they are fixed. Prices may vary depending on the quantity of products purchased or the weight of the total package to be send. Here is pricing list by zones:

• Zone 1: 5,00 eur
• Zone 2: 10,00 eur
• Zone 3: 16,00 eur
• Zone 4: 25,00 eur
• Zone 5: 32,00 eur

Please plan 1-2 days processing time from the time you place your order to the time it ships out.

All orders placed before 11 am CET on business days for product in stock will be collected by the carriers the same day, and shipped 5-9 days after. If such orders are placed after 11 am CET, the order will collected within one business day. Please be advised that deliveries are not typically made on weekends or holidays.

If your order or a part of your order is not able to ship without material delay for any reason, our Customer Service will contact you to provide more detail and an estimated shipping date.

For countries outside the European Union, delivery may take more than 10-20 days and in that case our Customer Service will contact you.
