Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of your original purchase date. Return shipping cost is on Customer expense. To start your return, send an email to webshop@highlanderadventure.com – to validate your reasons, you must send us a description of the reason for returning the product. If it is transport damage, send us a photo of your package in the attachment.

After your item is received and inspected, in most cases your refund will be processed. For returns related to products purchased during certain events, such as private sale events, your refund may be credited in the form of an electronic gift card, as noted at the time of purchase. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account. Items that have been returned for a refund to your original form of payment will be refunded at the original purchase price. Gift Cards cannot be returned. You must return any eligible item within fifteen (15) calendar days of the delivery date. If a Gift Card was utilized in the original purchase, we will issue a new Gift Card for the value of the return refund. If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, the refund will transfer over to your new card if it is with the same bank. If this is not possible, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card.

Unopened products, returned within 15 days of original purchase are eligible for a full refund. Items must be in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box) and be accompanied by the original invoice.
Refunds can not be issued for products that have been opened.
